Once you submit your individual KIMABAYA design, we customize your KIMABAYA and deliver it to you in 14 working days.
For products in stock we will always aim to dispatch your order within 2-7 days pending credit verification. Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer if your item is not in stock in our London office.
Milia M will provide you with the necessary tracking information and of course we will always insure your package until arrival.
Orders shipping to the United Kingdom are free and will take 2-7 days if they are in stock in London. If they are customized, they will take 14 working days.

As a customer you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached to be in a returnable condition. We will not accept returns on any items that are customised or personalised.
Packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags must also be returned as they are considered part of the product.
If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately at miliam@miliam.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the item shipped.
Once your order has been received by our warehouse and complies with our Return Policy, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Additionally, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
FYI: Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping and can take up to 14 working days to process.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day if they are available in our London office. All customized items will be delivered in 14 working days.
